This is the second editon of the "Anthology" album for The Temptations.  The original edition was released in August of 1973 [Motown / M728A3 on three LPs.  The first edition covered the group's work up to 1971's "Papa Was a Rollin' Stone".  This re-compiled version includes songs up through 1984.  Motown would recompile the album (with additional tracks) yet again in 1995.
