Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! You can select the “Local Pick Up” option during checkout. We currently offer curbside pickup daily noon-6pm. Most orders are ready within 24 hours, but you will receive a notification once your order is ready for pick up.
Is everything on the website in stock?
Everything that is on the website should be in stock. Our online inventory is updated regularly but there are occasions when we sell out of something before it can be removed from the website. If this happens a prompt refund will be issued.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Tracking information will be uploaded for you to track the progress of your order.
What shipping service do you use?
All orders are well packaged and shipped using USPS.
Are you part of Antone’s Nightclub?
Both Antone’s Nightclub and Antone’s Record Shop were founded by Clifford Antone. Although both businesses have always been run separately, we share the same goal of continuing to honor Clifford’s vision. We remain in our original location at 2928 Guadalupe, just north of the UT campus. The nightclub is located in downtown Austin at 305 E. 5th Street. Official Antone’s merchandise is exclusively available here in the shop and at Antone’s Nightclub.
Do you sell tickets to Antone’s?
Yes! There is no service fee for tickets when purchased in person. Tickets can also be purchased at Big Henry’s Vinyl & Gifts located inside Antone’s Nightclub or online at https://antonesnightclub.com.
Do you buy records?
We have temporarily placed a hold on purchasing used collections. Check the “We Buy Records” page for more information and updates.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! All items purchased in the store can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. We do not offer refunds. For mail orders, please contact us for a return authorization. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Will you sell my band’s record in your store?
Yes! We are proud to stock a large selection of independent and local music both in the shop and here on the website. We will sell your music on a consignment basis. We typically like to start with 3 copies of each title. All items must be professionally packaged.
Do you host release parties?
We plan to resume our weekly release parties once it is safe to all be together again.
What are your hours?
Currently we are offering Curbside Pickup Daily 12pm-6pm. We hope to resume our regular hours soon!
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! They can be purchased in the store or off the website.
