Tracks 12 & 13 were recorded during "Distortions" sessions and are bonus tracks. 
Track 17 originally released on "$100 Fine" CD reissue ( 1991 ) [K-Tel / ERA Records 10002.
Track 18 originally released on "Distortions" CD reissue ( 1990 ) [K-Tel 835 2.
Tracks 14 to 16, 19 and 20 previously unreleased.

Tracks 1 to 13 recorded at Dove Recording Studios, Minneapolis, MN, and Warren Kendrick's Lake Street Studio, Minneapolis, MN.
Tracks 14 to 20 recorded live at The Electric Theatre, Chicago, IL, August 18, 1968.
