Through a research, using interviews has conducted with friends, family, and the fellow musicians who helped create the vibrant live music scene of Austin in the 1970s to end of the era, as well as past interviews with the band members themselves, Mighty Fine, Mighty Shine seeks to tell the story of these quietly unforgettable icons of Americana music history.
