These were the initial copies (about 200,000) of the US pressing with Madonna's face on front cover transposed as shown in the images. Later US issues were released with the cover image corrected to portray Madonna's face in the correct, originally intended manner - upside down. The tray of the jewel case is baby blue instead of the then-standard grey-black. Booket folds out and includes pictures, lyrics and credits. Made in U.S.A.
