James Brown - Are You Ready For STAR TIME?!? (CD, Comp, Promo)

A promo-only disc featuring tracks from the upcoming "Star Time" boxed set, along with vintage public service announcements (PSA's) recorded by Brown for radio airplay.

The disc was released in a standard jewel box with a backing tray card, but no booklet.

Tracks 1,3,4 & 6 are taken from the 78470 box set.

Tracks 2,7 & 8 are previously unreleased and exclusive to this release.

Track 8 recorded live in Tampa, FL on April 23, 1966.

Track 5 was previously unreleased at the time of this release but has since been reissued on [r=538555.
