We start taking phone orders. Give us a call at (512) 322-0660 to place your order over the phone. All phone orders are for AUSTIN area residents choosing CURBSIDE PICKUP. We expect the phone lines to be tied up so if you get a busy signal at first, please try back. We will get through each call as quickly as possible!
We start posting our RSD inventory on our website. All Record Store Day titles both past and present can be found in the Record Store Day section. https://antonesrecordshop.com/collections/record-store-day Inventory updates take a while to complete so if you first don't see something right at noon, please check back later in the day. We have to update our entire inventory to load the RSD titles and that process takes well over an hour. We will be answering the phone but encouraging everyone to order off the website at this point. All mail orders must be placed online.
If you order more than 1 copy off the website, we will cancel the extra copies.

Staff Streams
Staying busy during the shut down hasn't been an issue for our staff and owners. In addition to catching up on things at the shop, we've seen new radio shows and livestreams from Ray Colgan, Billie Buck, Mike Buck and Eve Monsees on a regular basis. Our shop crew lives and breathes music, so with venues temporarily closed, we've found new ways to stay connected and keep the music going.

Black Pumas Continue To Give Back
The Black Pumas have generously started the "Know You Better" Austin relief initiative, supporting local record stores (like ours!) and venues impacted by COVID-19. We are so touched by their generosity giving back to the community. The latest merchandise item as part of this initiative is a limited edition collaboration shirt with Austin FC. We hope to have a small amount of these for sale soon as well.
It wasn't that long ago when folks were just starting to hear about the Black Pumas. Their much anticipated first album remains one of our best sellers! Then 2020 started out with a Grammy nomination and sold out shows to follow, including 4 nights at Stubb's which have been postponed. But while this pandemic induced shut down has stopped some bands, the Black Pumas have kept rolling. With recent appearances on late night talk shows their star continues to rise.

Curbside Service
We miss seeing everybody, but know how important it is to be safe right now. Our daily curbside service is the perfect solution to get your music fix. In addition to items on the website, we are posting regularly to Instagram and Facebook @antonesrecordshop with all kinds of goodies that we are pulling from the back room. If you see something you like there, simply send us a message and we'll get an invoice to you right away. Or if you have something specific in mind, send us a message or call with your wants list.
So pull your hot rod right up front and give us a call! (512) 322-0660 We're here every day from noon-3pm for contactless curbside service. We can place your purchase in your vehicle (trunk, backseat or passenger's seat) or on the table in front of the store.
Please note we are currently only accepting Credit Cards and Paypal.
