Released in an 8-panel Digipak with three clear trays and a die-cut slot for the booklet on the leftmost inner panel; includes an 8-page booklet.

All track durations are taken from the release (printed on the back sleeve) and differ less than ±5 seconds from the actual durations measured by a computer software except the durations of the following tracks that were measured by an audio player software:
