This compilation was issued to promote a gig at the Corner Hotel, in Melbourne Australia, 17th December 1999.  The event was called Rubberstock 99 because the event hosted mostly artists who had recorded on the Rubber label.  It was described for promotional use only and not for resale, given away free at the event described above.  Released in a single jewel case - not sure what the correct description is!
