Comes in a numbered 10" cardboard sleeve with sticker including barcode and the limited mention, and the silver stamp sticker of "Record Store Day Exclusive".

Discovered live recordings, the earliest known to exist, to be revealed for the first time in London Fog 1966.

Recorded at the London Fog 8919 Sunset Blvd. West Hollywood, CA in May 1966.

Recorded off the stage on a 1/4” reel to reel recorder.
