1) this one doesn't have wording in bottom front corner stating "duets with..." etc., 
2) the spine lettering is black (the other has white lettering),
3) the green portion at center on this disc is a "darker green" than the other version, 
and 4) the record company lettering for address, etc on back cover bottom corner is in black lettering whereas the other version has it in white lettering!
