Includes two-sided sheet with basic information. Inside spread is photos, newspaper articles and Young's handwritten lyrics for "Sugar Mountain." This recording was the source of the many B-side released of "Sugar Mountain" on Young singles from 1969 to 1975. ("Sugar Mountain" was not released as an A-side single until 1977, when Decade was released.)
When first released, a "coming soon" insert was included for the 2009 release of the Neil Young Archives Vol. 1. This release was included in the DVD and Blu-Ray versions of the Archives.
