Exploring original compositions (Sketchy, Sea and Sky, Suikinkutsu 2 & 3, The Seeker, Situation, 221, Let’s Go To The Park), with arrangements of jazz compositions (440 by Carla Bley, Crepuscule With Nellie by Thelonious Monk, Myoko by Wayne Shorter) and compositions by classical composers (Aquarium by Saint-Saens, Pines of Rome by Respighi), the sextet breaks down barriers of musical genres and are fearless in their discovery of what is possible when combining musicians from diverse musical backgrounds.
