CD has "The Shemales" printed with a pink background. CD does have "Compact Disc Digital Audio" logo. Cardboard Packaging which has a plastic sleeve. Plastic sleeve has sticker labeled "Import". Tracks 1 through 8 were recorded live from the soundboard at the Old Waldorf on 9/1/77.
