This is for the UML pressing of the 314 589-2 Verve catalog number as derived from the inner ring mould stamping.  This is the Target exclusive version with the bonus tracks. A nearly identical PMDC pressing of the Target Exclusive release can be found here [r3494610.

The front jewel case insert of this release folds out into a large, double sided "+" shape with ten image panes with different text formatting when compared to the tri-fold front insert releases.

Tracks 11 and 12 are only mentioned on the disc of the release.
