Comes in a 12" x 12" box with a yellow hype sticker, includes a 11" x 11" 8-page booklet containing photos and credits. 
Some copies also came with an 8.5" x 5.5" "Classic Who Memorabilia" order form from "Winterland / Rock Express," printed on both sides.
