Shipping
We process all mail orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. For domestic orders we use USPS first class or media mail (depending on the weight of the package) with delivery confirmation. International orders are shipped first class International with USPS. Bubble padding or cardboard are used to securely pack the items.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of arrival. The buyer must contact us prior to returning the item. Once we receive the return, store credit will be issued for the cost of the item, excluding shipping. We do not charge a re-stocking fee, but the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the item is defective. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in. Sorry, no refunds.
Grading / Condition
We do our best to accurately grade used items. The condition can be found by clicking the "Details" tab of the item. CDs and DVDs will only be designated "New" or "Used." "New" means the item is sealed. We allow customers to preview new itmes at the store which means there will be the occasional re-sealed item. "Used" means the item is unsealed. We visually inspect every item before purchasing and pricing it in order to insure the products are in very good condition; scratch free. Since we purchase used items from customers, we do get some cut-out and promotional CDs which we will attempt to notate in the item "Details."
Stock Levels
Our stock levels are updated regularly, but there may be occasions when an item ordered from the site has just been sold in the store making it unavailable, in which case you will not be charged for that item. Our current online inventory reflects a portion of our entire store stock. Not all used vinyl, posters or magazines are currently posted, so feel free to contact us with specific requests.
